A developer can create up to 50 applications. id and publicId refer to the same stable UUIDv7. Slugs are unique per owner.
Update an application's name and description using its If-Match revision. Owner, environment and slug are immutable. Deactivation revokes access and retains metadata.
GET /v1/developer/applications requires the human scope developers.read; mutations require developers.write. Other owners receive 404.
