Catalog supports id.asc (default), title.asc and updated.desc. Title ordering is case-sensitive PostgreSQL C collation, with UUID tie-breakers. Keep filters and sort unchanged when using after = page.nextCursor. Concurrent catalog changes can move results between pages.
Library supports updated.desc, title.asc, score.desc and started.desc. Cursors are bound to the selected sort and filters.
